Peking University Medical Human Microbiome Joint Laboratory 

Jointly promoting the cutting-edge academic theories and clinical research practices of the "intestinal, oral, skin, reproductive, and respiratory" five major human microecological systems, relying on innovative carriers such as the Institute of Advanced Clinical Medicine, we are promoting the application of microecological innovation research in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Currently, multiple national-level projects have been initiated, covering the entire chain of research from basic mechanism exploration to clinical validation. 

RNA Microecology Joint Laboratory

The establishment of this laboratory marks a profound collision between gene regulation and microbiome medicine - leveraging the precision of RNA interference technology (RNAi) and the integrity of the intestinal microecology to explore new solutions for complex diseases such as metabolic disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders. 

Clinical Cooperation

We have conducted multi-center clinical research with over 30 international institutions such as Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated with Harvard University Medical School and Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, covering various fields including child growth and development, neurological diseases, and bone health. As of 2025, we have already carried out over 20 RCT clinical trials.

Collaborative Innovation Platform: Build an integrated "government-university-research-institution-enterprise-end-user" collaborative innovation platform, bringing together various forces such as the government, universities, research institutions, enterprises, and end-users, to form an innovation ecosystem with complementary advantages and shared resources.

Technology Transformation and Industrialization: Accelerate the transformation of micro-ecological technology from the laboratory to the market, promote the industrial application of micro-ecological technology in multiple fields such as healthcare and health, and help upgrade industries and promote innovation.

Research Fund Support: Establish a special research fund to support young researchers in conducting cutting-edge and innovative research, stimulating research vitality and cultivating future research talents.

Technical Training and Practice: Organize professional training courses, inviting industry experts to give lectures, and combining with practical cases to enhance the professional skills and practical abilities of young talents.
